We currently serve over 750 clients with some 185,000 participants and over $9.2 Billion in assets. This growth was not because we are great marketers. This growth is because our clients, advisors and other partners are delighted with our work and willing to recommend us or give us more work.Our promise is that we will do what we say we will. This Quality Service Scorecard is simply a manifestation of that promise. If we do not meet the agreed service and quality threshold, we will reduce our fees by up to 20%.
